SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All online orders are processed within 2 to 3 days, carefully packaged by hand and shipped from our location.

We ship orders anywhere in Canada.  All orders are shipped via Canada Post.  We do not ship International orders!  We find the best value price for your shipping!

Depending on your order's destination, it may arrive anywhere between 3 - 5 business days after it has shipped.

Please double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase to ensure it is complete and your postal code is correct.  You are responsible for any changes incurred in the event that Canada Post is unable to complete the delivery and returns your package to us.  Farm Girls Naturals is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we will always do our best to locate a missing order.  Please check your mailbox first and then contact your local post office to see if they are holding your item. You, the receiver, must notify us if your package is missing so that we may follow up with Canada Post on your behalf. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, you must take the damaged package to the Post Office to file a claim and send a photo of the damaged package to info@farmgirlsnaturals.com so that we may act on your behalf towards replacing the order.

At Farm Girls Naturals, we stand behind the quality of our products.  We absolutely replace products if they are defective up to 2 weeks after your purchase.  Send an email to us, detailing the nature of the defect and a picture, and we will send a replacement of the defected item straight away with a tracking number.  Depending on where you live it may take time to reach you.  No need to return the defected item, unless we request it. 

RETURNS

If you wish to return a product to us, please contact us at: info@farmgirlsnaturals.com, explaining why you wish to return the product.

Our return policy lasts 10 days after your in-store purchase or delivery of your online store order.  If 10 days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.  If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically returned to the original method of payment.

Sale and sample sized products are nonrefundable.  Only regular priced, full sized items may be refunded.  If the item was identified as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit at our online store for the value of the return, after the returned product is received.
